Hello, I've got probably a unique situation here. I'm dealing with a guy who bought win7 home premium x64 with his custom built computer. During the free upgrade period to win10 he went for it. Now having issues he has reverted to 7 which essentially means a clean reinstall. His key which was formerly working now is not showing up as valid. Does anyone have a fix? Time sensitive. Thanks.
