I use grml but i had a look at the cheatcodes file of knoppix. http://ftp.uni-kl.de/pub/linux/knoppix-dvd/knoppix-cheatcodes.txt

This states that when you enter the word adriane at the boot prompt knoppix comes up talking. Adriane was packaged on a separate cd a few years ago but now has merged into the dvd.
