Ibraam, I use the MCSA/MCSE self paced study kit from Microsoft Press for covering Windows 2003. It is a good reference and I liked using the excercises. Ibraam, I don't mean to be harsh but being a sysadmin requires some initiative and the willingness to dig around for information. Greg gave you a good starting resource; start with that and work from there. I personally pay for access to the Oreilly Safari book collection. These contain best-practice configurations for various scenarios, such as Exchange, SQL Server, etc. These are free, especially if you want beta code. Thanks.
