Happy New Year All, I ran into the same problem with the Microsoft Certs a few years ago and never tried again. I took the exam twice and failed it because the reader that Prometric cent couldn't read proper English. I had to do some hunting but this is what I found. Their accomodations request system is a "crock". Working with their tech support was fruitless because they could not or would not tell me why emails sent to my address were not being sent by their system. I do have an accomodations number, it is 800 466 0450 also you will need to complete on of their accomodations request forms and your docotor will need to fill out a form to essentially veriffy what is needed. Once all the forms are filled out you have to wait until they are reviewed and then you will be able to schedule an exam. I am at form completed stage in the process. I haven't sent the forms back to pearson yet. However, I have been advised by the examination centre that I must first register with Pearson Vue. They have a process of providing accomodations for folks who need this. I am experiencing difficulty with this process. 1. They do not appear to have specific accommodation for blind persons. 2. The website doesn't allow me to complete the process of applying for an accommodation. 3. There's nobody to contact about this. Before I start digging deeper, has anyone out there had similar problems in the past with Pearson Vue, with regards to applying for accomodations.
