Microsoft dynamics ax and screen reader support
Hi all. Does anyone has the expirience in usage of Microsoft Dynamics ax with screen readers? How accessible it is, and which screen reader works the best with it? A friend of mine is offering me the possibility of working at his company, however i don't know if the Ax is accessible for us or not, so any help would be greatly appreciated as soon as possible. Thanks. -- Mario Percinic Accessibility consultant mario.percinic@gmail.com Skype: acousticman Twitter: @MarioPercinic GSM: +385922630259
Hm, since there is none of the answers about it so far, it looks like that or it is not accessible at all, or that no one used it. On 9/19/2016 10:30 AM, Mario Perčinić wrote:

Hi Mario: Dynamics CRM is a highly customized package, each company uses it differently and most write their own modules and plug ins into the system. Its really difficult to say for sure if its accessible for that reason, as one company’s environment may be accessible and anothers may not depending on how they chose to set the system up. There is no out of the box CRM. So no one can really give you an answer on this. I’d suggest getting with your friend, putting a screen reader on a machine and running through the system and seeing how it works. I understand that’s not a great answer, but again since there is no out of the box installation and everything is so customized it’s the best answer I can give you. If you run into issues, you and/or your friend should get in touch with the edad@microsoft.com address and perhaps they can help you get things working better.
