Burning Optical Media from an ISO
There are many choices in the Debian wiki at https://wiki.debian.org/BurnCd, but of course the overarching question is, which is accessible or which is the best choice? To save you the time in looking up the names, they are: growisofs, cdrskin xorriso wodim was also listed, but there's a caveat against burning DVD's, which I will definitely need to do, and Blu-ray Discs, in which I'm not interested anyway.

When I last did this (a very long time ago), growisofs was necessary to produce the ISO 9660 image file, which could then be written to the media with Wodim.

From memory, there's a separate tool for DVD writing, but you may still need growisofs to create the image in the first place. These are command line tools, so accessibility shouldn't be a concern.
I already have the ISO, just need to make physical media. On 6/12/2023 11:37 AM, Jason White via Blind-sysadmins wrote:

Another option might be engrampa. When I click on a DVD file, Debian/Mate runs engrampa which seems to work for me. On 6/12/23 12:35, Volodymyr Dorozhinsky wrote:

You're all talking about desktop applications. I don't do Linux desktops of any kind. Strictly CLI. On 6/12/2023 2:06 PM, John G. Heim via Blind-sysadmins wrote:
