Yes, you can back up their email to a share and then copy it back into their sent items when their Exchange account is added to their profile. It is simple to do on a user by user basis but if you have a hih number of users you may need to devise an automated means of doing the same. This means, all their sent messages are saved locally in their sent items folder in Outlook. When I port them over to Exchange, they will not have access to this folder. Any ideas how I can get around this? I'm assuming at the moment that I could back up their esent items folder and restore it into the exchange profile when it's created. Will that work?
