Hi,I'm looking for an IT Helpdesk tracking program that allows my users to fillout a form and have tickets submitted to me. Some fellow IT friends have recommended Spiceworks. I'm having some trouble setting that up and working with it. Does anyone have any suggestions for accessible helpdesk system, Spiceworks or other? Thanks.
Absolutely, RT or request tracker is a great way to go. Very customizable, does exactly what you want and interfaces with mail, the web and just about any means of input and output. Also can be wrapped in to other tools. I would say the question is how complicated do you wish to get the system that I always use and recommend is called RT Request tracker You can Google for it you have a steep learning curve but it is worth it Sent from my iPhone
