Mitch, have you added email authentication like spf, dkim, and dmarc to your email account? I don't know about GoDaddy--I don't use them & wouldn't--but that's something I personally set up for my hosting clients who wish to send email from their domain. Hi, The other thing that can cause this is the makeup of the email. One thing to look at is what domain you are sending to. What is the exact error you are getting? Mail server Admin is my specialty. Hi, Ah, that's an Office365 thing, I have that sometimes on my messages as well. The other people on the list don't see it, it gets stamped on the message coming back to you. I am not sure if I can do much about it. I did mean to have a look at some point as we should be passing all the relevant checks, except I don't think I DKIM on this domain which I can fix relatively easily. Mitchell, you should check that your outlooknebraska.com domain designates protection.microsoft.com as a designated sender in your spf record. You should also set up DKIM & DMARC in your domain's emails, though this may not be as important since you're using microsoft.com as your mail service. Still, it's not a bad thing to do, & you should definitively designate them as your mail sender in an spf record. I checked on mxtoolbox.com, & it is not finding an spf record for your domain. The message headers tell me the same thing. Having those 3 elements in place definitively increases the chances of your emails getting delivered, though having said that sometimes I feel like u gotta be some kind of voodoo artist or witch doctor in order to have that happen (no disrespect to those professions intended?). It's not an easy thing to do these days. But these spam protections are designed, not always successfully, to keep phishing & other bad spam emails out of peoples' inboxes.
