Hello, I'm back with more questions. I want to run remote desktop connection over VPN for security reasons. I use xp PRO sp3 as a controlled system and Windows7 PRO as a controlling system. I successfully establish VPN connection between the machines. I have using of default gateway on the controlled system disabled so I am able to use internet on the controlling system. Here comes my question. When I initiate RDC, How can I be sure that the remote connection is running through the VPN channel and is not exposed on packet sniffing? Is there a way to check this?
