Hi, Can anyone suggest an accessible software program that allows users to change their own network passwords? I would need to review the logs with either JAWS or Window-Eyes. Thanks. Hi, What backend? Simplest way is to get them to change the Windows password via the logon screen in Windows, but I suspect if you are asking this question you have another backend/system which you are trying to integrate. Sorry, I don't think I was clear enough. We do have Windows as a back-end. Frequently, employees will call to have their network password reset since they've forgotten it or misplaced it, etc. We're looking for a program that will ask them some security questions so that they don't need their old password to change it. Hi, I have used a program called User Manager, and maybe its worth creating a database with security questions, and if they answer the questions, you can reset their password with User manager.
