Hello Everyone, Have any of you come across a call center product called Salesforce? It is a totally web based hosted product and I was just informed that the company where I am is going to start using it. Of course my being able to access it was the last thought on their minds. Hi, It is actually getting very popular as a CRM system, there are loads of plugins for all sorts of different applications, and there are different applications you can install from the Salesforce marketplace. To me it just meant one less thing to worry about :). Hi, It depends if it heavily uses AJAX to do it's thing or whether it is just HTML. Not sure how easy it is to script an HTML page in Jaws? The forms are also highly customisable, so it is probably best to just look at the specifics of your company setup.
