I bought 2 of them. They were $50 each time. I think I got mine from IRTI. But surprisingly, it was the same price every place I sought for it. The one I have does not have a battery; the static is the hinge thing. But forgive me if I'm stepping on the discussion. Updating the Firmware

Hi Everyone, I need some help. I have just got around to updating the firmware on my Plextalk Pocket, and I am having some problems. After trying several times, I finally got the file to download and save to my computer. I unzipped the files into a new folder as instructed and then copied that folder to my PTP. I can see, through my computer, that the files are there on my PTP, but, for some unknown reason, the PTP will not do the update. What am I doing wrong? Please help. Blessings, Naomi in Michigan

I have downloaded a book into the Audible Manager and now want to put it onto an SD card so I can play in my Plextalk. Is this possible and, if so, can someone walk me through the necessary steps. Hello, I have a plextalk unit and the area where the charger plugs in is cracked and will not charge the battery. Has anyone had there unit repaired and is it expensive and who performs the repairs? Thanks for any feedback.
