[Plextalk] Transferring files to pocket

Hello Everyone I am trying to transfer an nvda tutorial to my plextalk pocket. The files are in several different format types but I am uncertain which to copy and where to put them on the pocket. I would appreciate any suggestions. With thanks Mike.
