Hi Will you have to go to the audible site and log in. Then go to your library and scroll down the list until you find the book in question. It will probably say downloaded but there is an option to download and select the format you want. If you get stuck you can phone them and they will talk you through it. If it then works on format 4, next time you download a book set that as your default format and you will not have any more trouble. You can still change the format anytime you want but setting a default one means you dont have to remember every time. regards cliff
