[Plextalk] plextalk pocket and please wait.

Ok, sometimes when i plug my plextalk pocket into charge and want to use it when I turn it on i get this please wait message and it keeps i believe rebooting, Why is this happening, and how can i fix this eventually it clears up but I wonder what makes it do it? i am running the latest firmware. I don't think you could reinstall the firmware on top of itself can you? if so i have not gotten that to work.
