I wonder in the mean time if the usb port would charge the unit? I don't think so but it is worth a try. -----Original Message----- From: Steve Richards Sent: Saturday, June 20, 2015 3:41 PM To: Plextalk User Discussion List Subject: Re: [Plextalk] AC adapter for plextalk pocket. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Clifford Blackwell" <ceblackwell3@gmail.com> To: "Plextalk User Discussion List" <plextalk@lists.hodgsonfamily.org> Sent: Saturday, June 20, 2015 3:30 PM Subject: Re: [Plextalk] AC adapter for plextalk pocket.
It sounds as if the port is damaged. You can get a new adapter from Freedom Scientific, sorry I don't know the cost. However, if it's the port, you may need to replace the unit. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Life My Way via Plextalk" <plextalk@lists.hodgsonfamily.org> To: "Plextalk User Discussion List" <plextalk@lists.hodgsonfamily.org> Cc: "Life My Way" <lifemyway@yahoo.com> Sent: Friday, June 19, 2015 11:16 PM Subject: [Plextalk] AC adapter for plextalk pocket.
I have a question is it just my own imaganation or is the port of the plextalk pocket that the wall adapter connects to very loose? The reason i am asking is that my plextalk pocket will not charge when i use the regular wall adapter. also when using the regular wall adapter while listening to some content on the sd card i have in the plextalk pocket the unit went like totally dead, meanning that i had to take the battery out and place it back in again then it worked just fine how much does an adapter cost for the plextalk pocket?
