[Plextalk] HELP WITH PTR2 PLEASE

My wife's RNIB Daisy TV guide this week is faulty. It seized up on her PTN1, and I was able to innitialise that as I know the buttons to press. We then tried it in her PTR2 and it has seized up again. Unfortunately I can't remember what to do to re-initialise it in order to get it to work again, and I can't open any of the manuals on-line. I could find the CD instructions in a box somewhere, but I thought I would try this group first to see if anyone can tell me how to re-initialise the PTR2. Thanks in advance. Peter
