[Plextalk] Battery Level 0?

Wow, last week I began noticing this unit was not going or staying in charging mode much. There were times it would say battery had %38, %40, or %68 or even %99 complete. But today, it only goes in charge quite briefly. But the weirdest developement, now says battery level 0 But guess what, even whether its plugged in even with a 0 battery remaining, still records. Are we guessing a false indication? Thanks in advance Hart
