[Plextalk] question on transfering book to plextalk

Hi friends I just received a new plextalk II. I currently have a book on my desk top that I would like to transfer over to the plextalk but I don’t know how. Can I use a USB cord to do this as I would a external drive? Can someone give me instructions on how to do this? I would like to transfer it over to my plext talk.
