Do you think that the specs would be written on the power supply itself? I still have mine and could ask someone to have a look at it. I haven't looked for IRTI in a long time, but they are the company who made and sold my PTR 1, back in the mid 90s. If they are still around, I'm sure they could help you. Just try looking for them by the capital letters. I don't remember what they stand for. Best of luck!
