[Plextalk] Problems charging my battery in my plextalk pocket

Hi all: When I turn on my plextalk pocket I get the message that my battery is low and to plug in my AC adapter. However, when I do that nothing happens as if the machine is not taking the charge and it just shuts down to power save mode. When I go to power it off it either just goes to save mode or it will tell me "plextalk is shutting off" but then goes right back to save mode. I've used two different AC adapters with the same results. My battery isn't even a year old. I've tried to get the back off so I could take the battery out and put it back in, but I absolutely can't get the back off. I hope someone can help?? Denise
