[Plextalk] Plextalk won't recognize a folder that I am trying to copy and paste in to Plextalk

Hi. I am trying to copy and paste a folder in to plextalk. However, after copying the folder in to Plextalk both using the Plextalk transfer software and by copying and pasting the folder in to Plextalk, the speech of plextalk won't recognize the folder but Jaws will recognize the folder. What m I doing wrong? How do I use the Plextalk transfer software using Windows 7? Thanks allot and have a great day.
