Well Penny, as long as you do not use that card, but try-and-mount it in your regular computer, you could run recovery software. Those results can vary from a complete restoral to bits-and-pieces of files crunched together. Also, you may even have file names which wouldn't make sense, but an important aspect is `not writing to your card-and-also you will need a directory on your PC to hold the recovered files.
