I attempted to copy and paste an mp3 file in to a folder called Carroll Centre 2 but when I attempt to find the file using the Plextalk player, it doesn't recognize the file. I deleted the files in the plextalk carroll centre folder and then copied and pasted them in to the folder but it still doesn't recognize the file. However, the player recognizes the rest of the files. Do you have any suggestions on how Plextalk could recognize this file?
