Mark This is a windows 32 bit system. So how can this be rectified? -----Original Message----- From: Plextalk [mailto:plextalk-bounces@lists.hodgsonfamily.org] On Behalf Of Marc Van der Aa Sent: 10 September 2013 05:41 PM To: 'Plextalk User Discussion List' Subject: Re: [Plextalk] usb woes Hi Andre, This is most likely related to the USB drives on the windows PC. It was also common in the beginning of launching Windows7 64bit. But when re-installing USB drivers, this problem was solved. The USB cable of the pocket is a standard mini-USB. Newest devices like mobile phones have these days a micro-USB cable, which is different. Attempting to connect my pocket with a usb cable. I have so many of these cables that to be honest Im not sure whether the one I am now using is the right one. On this computer, the pocket can be charged with the usb cable that is no problem. But it does not recognise the pocket as a device. This means it draws power from the usb port i.e. it is connected but not recognised. Any help from anyone?
