Hello Mr. Smith, Currently, I do not have wireless here so the Linio isn't going to be able to detect much of anything. I would need to download the firmware manually. As for NLS, unfortunately, because NLS is slow in updating its list of approved players, I am not able to get a key for my Linio. Is there any way around this? The US version was released with the latest US firmware. It will detect and prompt the user to install a newer version when that version is posted. The unit will download and install the version if the prompt is accepted.
NLS has not updated their site. Registration and key installation is the same as the standard Pocket.

Also, I don't see the Linio as one of the devices supported on the list from BARD. Is it still being evaluated by NLS?

The unit does support NLS and Learning Ally.
