[Plextalk] is this still a list?

If so, I am wanting to know if I can buy a NEW Plextalk 2. One of mine is saying that there is no disk when I've just put in a beautifully new music cd. I did it with 3 new disks, and  1 used one that I'd just been creating. no disk. no disk. But at least if I push the eject key as the first thing before it says there is no disk, the disk will pop out. Of course, any help would be appreciated. Best, Penny (Golden) pengold2@gmail.com
