Re: [Plextalk] pocket queries

Hi, sure, I respect what you feel and its all fine. Wel, I love the ptr2 the way it is, but maybe they could make it a little faster, when you press keys like volume and such, and just in general its not nice that ptp1 get new features but ptr2 don't. I mean why don't they also give it guide speed and guide volume for example? On 01/10/2012, Jamie Cuthbertson <jamie.cuthbertson@ntlworld.com> wrote:

Hi again Aidan, I guess you are quite right about the delay when jumping around within a title on CD - there can sometimes be quite a delay whilst the drive gets moving. Regarding the guide volume and speed. I think I'm right in saying that, whilst the guide speed isn't able to be adjusted, you can adjust the guide volume separate from the normal playback volume. If you hold down the Information key whilst pressing the Up or Down Volume keys, this should adjust the guide volume separate from the playback volume. You're right though, it would be quite nice to be able to speed up the guide voice whilst leaving the playback speed at a different speed.
