Hi, Can anyone tell me how does one get a daisy book onto the blextalk pocket, as I can not find any thing on the web to tell me? David.
David, I'll tell you how i do this. I create a folder on the sd card with the short name of the book. I then go to my books folder located in My documents. I find the books and enter. I I do an alt f followed by an a to extract the zip file. It asks me where the file should go or something like this andd I do an alt r and tab twice then down arrow once to my computer. I right arrow to get to the drives. I go to drive E and right arrow and using my first letter of the book I find the folder and enter twice slowly and the file is downloaded. Then i tab to finish and space once. This is much easier than it looks. Okay, I had already unzipped the book. I just copied the unzipped book, which had already unzipped into its own folder like it does, and so I copied and pasted it into the plextalk, obviously onto the card, since there is no internal memory. It created a folder called Daisy book or Daisy titles, I forget which, and it plays. Hi David, It should be a case of using Windows Explorer or My Computer to first create a folder in the root directory on your Pocket's SD card and then just copy and paste all the DAISY title files from your computer (or from a CD) to that folder. Once you disconnect the Pocket from the USB port and it reboots, the copied title should become available on the device. I just copied and pasted it from my computer once I got the player authorized. Pam. ----- Original Message ----- From: "David Weston" <david@houseofhogan.org> To: "plex talk" <plextalk@lists.hodgsonfamily.org> Sent: Saturday, February 09, 2013 9:24 AM Subject: [Plextalk] plextalk poket
