Hello Wendy. Linda has two PTR 2 machines. One was bought slightly earlier than the second one, and there are some cards which it won't take, which work well in the later one. Maybe you need a software upgrade. If you originally bought your cards from Humanware, then they have been known to use the cards for tests, and if you draw this to their attention they should replace the cards. On one occasion, we bought four flash cards from Humanware, only to find that there was less space on two of them than there should be. Although no files registered on the Plextalks, the computer showed up some files, and when I contacted Humanware they said we could delete the files on the cards. I asked Humanware to send us a free card as an extra to make up for the trouble we had gone to. Keep well. Peter
