Essentially for all the navigation jumps, the default setting is for the Plextalk to continue reading after making the appropriate jump. The only way to get near to what I think you want is to make the jump and press Stop as soon as you hear the next item. This will always be a hit or miss method and you may well miss items or have more than one spoken at a time. Maybe I've missed something but I'm pretty sure this is the case.
