Hi Peter I have exactly the same problem with my PTR1. I wrote to this list some while ago, and various suggestions were made, none of which worked. I gather this is a discontinued line now, and I wonder if this problem occurred on many machines. I can still play and record on a CF card, so I am not binning mine yet.
