Dear Marc,
Some time ago, you quoted for replacing the USB port on my PTN2. I did not pursue this but now the earphone socket also requires attention. I do have a second PTN2 but there are lots of bookmarks on my first machine and I wish to keep these active and so I would like you to repair both the USB and earphone ports please.
I also have a PTR1 which is not usable because the play/stop button and the rewind button will not respond. If you think that this can be repaired and the cost is not too high, I could have this machine fixed also. The cost of shipping concerns me but, if you have appropriate batteries for the two machines to use whilst repairing, I could cut down the weight of the package by removing the batteries before shipping.
I would appreciate your thoughts on all of this together with the cost (including a breakdown cost for each machine).
I do hope that you are able to assist me.
Thanking you in advance,
Steve Richards
