All, I am President of an organization called the International Association of Visually Impaired Technologists. One function of the group is to work with technology vendors to advise them on how their products could be made more accessible. I am currently seeking volunteers to help generate a list of companies to contact and to compile a list of accessibility issues with those products. I am interested in the products which most impact your ability to perform your job and the accessibility issues with those products. I would like to have specific details about the accessibility problems so that I can mention them when contacting the manufacturers. I'm assuming I will not personally have used many of the products other technologists are struggling with so I am seeking both comments about accessibility problems as well as volunteers to serve as technical resources about the products. Any Accessible Way to do Cisco Router Simulation

I fear I know the answer to this, but I'd rather not assume. I'm working on my CCNA course, and am curious if there's any way at all to do router simulations of any sort without having a physical device. While I can use the devices at where I'm taking the class, there are times I want to try something without having to wait to go in and use them. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. Imaging Windows 7

Folks, What are you either in work or at home imaging your win 7 boxes with? That you can restore, I know I know, that's always the killer, without sighted help. I was using True Image for XP back when, but have found it very crashy under Win 7 and accessibility appears to be broke in it's latest version. The Windows 7 backup tool, despite having an Imager scares me. I'm not sure if it's a true sys image, and also it's throwing all sorts of annoying errors up here when I point it to a backup drive I have in a USB hub. So I'm looking a backup tool that will do Images, and if I have access to the OS will let me log in, and run the backup, it reboots and comes back up after a period with a re-imaged screen. True Image would do this and do it very nicely. Thanks, Barry. connect remotely?

hello friends: I need to use remote desktop or any another good remote software, to manage and fix computer via jaws. how? can I use in mine jaws or NVDA and use the narrator on another? to transfer audio? I think as a help desk will not able to run jaws on all company computers to able to manage, but narrator is found in all XP and windows 7 by default. thanks beero

Hi all, Have any of you seen performance degradation when using a large access list on a Cisco router (actually layer 3 managed switch)? I am getting connection dropouts under high load to various database servers in a VLAN managed by these ACLs, and want to discount this. Thanks. Andrew.

VPN connection before login
