Accessible way to do a bios update?

Hello, Has anyone got an accessible way to do a bios upgrade? I'm wondering if any of the accessible cd/dvds will work? I've got a machine that needs one. Thanks. Dave.

Comparing two machines installed updates

Hello, I'm needing to compare the updates installed on two win7 machines, and I was hoping there was a simple way to get the kb information from both boxes in to a a file then run some checks, like for example machine a has one update while machine b does not, but machine b has two updates machine a does not. I am not looking to install every MS update on these machines so having two fully updated win7 machines is not my objective. Thanks. Dave.

trouble start a computer

if a computer wont start and displays windows dont start correctly and there is 1 or 3 choices 1 restart 2 advanced and maybe 3 dont remember the name no sound and i'm totaly blind
