sshd not allowing a subgroup to authenticate according to it's authentication method

Hello, I'm running sshd on FreeBSD 12.1. I'm having an issue, I want users in a group sftpusers to be able to be logged in via password and to be chrooted to their home directories. Everytime I try to log in I'm getting no supported authenticationmethods publickey. From the man page I thought that a group definition overrode a global configuration setting. asterisk and make menuselect

Hello, I'm trying to install Asterisk on a Debian10 machine. I'm connecting to said machine via ssh. Whenever I run make menuselect I am having difficulties both navigating the UI and determining which elements are checked or unchecked. Is there a way round this? Thanks. Dave.

rdp sluggish

Hello, I'm running a Windows 2012r2 server instance through vultr. I've connected to it via my win10 remote desktop and have enabled audio. I then pulled up narrator and realized it was a little laggy. I thought it was just narrator so I copied NVDA 2019.3 over to the vps and installed and configured it. The lag still remains, and it's also giving me a little bit of audio breakup, not to make the vps unusable neither issue renders it unusable, but it really is quite annoying when trying to set up things. I was wondering if there are any local (read host machine), or rdp, or server vps settings I could change to better optimize things? If it matters I'm totally screen reader dependent, I don't use a monitor except in emergencies so can I tune back the video and give higher priority to audio? Suggestions welcome. Thanks. Dave.

How to get to notifications in Microsoft Edge

I am trying to install nvda on a Win10 virtual machine. So I can start narrator, use edge to get to the nvda download page and I can click on the download button. At that point, narrator says something like, "notification, what do you want to do with this file?" I think I need to hit some shortcut key to get to the notification and select save the file. But I'll be darned if I can figure out what key combo to hit.

Accessible rdp solution

Hello, I just spun up a windows 2012r2 instance from vultr. I'm running windows 10 1909 locally. I'd likt to connect to this instance, is rdp the best option? My goal is to connect to the server, then activate narrator, followed by an NVDA install. Suggestions appreciated. Thanks. Dave.

vps providers

Hello, I might be in the market for a new vps provider. I was wondering if anyone uses either digital ocean or vultr? If either how are they in terms of accessibility? My current vps provider made some changes that IMO shot accessibility down plus some of these changes also took out a majority of my setup, I am not pleased about this. Any input welcome. Thanks. Hi, For rdp connecting to servers i am using normal remote desktop connection (mstsc). For connecting to pcs and notebooks i am using teamviewer and then using NVDARemote.
