I've wanted to think about certification once again, but due to just this problem, I've not thought of it. I had a friend of mine ... who is also a disability specialist, so they took her word for it, sign the forms and what not, and then when I finally got to the testing center, the guy at the front desk ended up having to read to me since I wasn't even discovered on the list for an exam! I had to do some hunting but this is what I found. Their accomodations request system is a "crock". Working with their tech support was fruitless because they could not or would not tell me why emails sent to my address were not being sent by their system. I do have an accomodations number, it is 800 466 0450 also you will need to complete on of their accomodations request forms and your docotor will need to fill out a form to essentially veriffy what is needed. Once all the forms are filled out you have to wait until they are reviewed and then you will be able to schedule an exam. I am at form completed stage in the process. I haven't sent the forms back to pearson yet. The website doesn't allow me to complete the process of applying for an accommodation. 3. There's nobody to contact about this. Potentially looking for a new server: PowerEdge T130 or T330

Hi all, I was going to look at a rack mount unit for this, however, I don't think I have that kind of room. I'm thinking either the T130 or the T330 from Dell depending on the dimensions of the desk cabinet thatI have; think I could swing the T330, though it might be tight. Does anybody have any likes or dislikes for either of these seemingly sweet new PowerEdge servers? Another reason why I'm thinking the T330 is for the extra drive space; would save me from having to purchase a separate file server unit, as well as for the LCD display; I could theoretically use OpenManage Mobile's NFC to view it; since I can't read it; another accessible way to manage servers. I could use the glow from the lights to help, though, I'd assume; aren't the newer ones pretty bright? The server I have ... not only can't I figure out what's wrong with it, but also, the lights on it are so hard to see; I only realized that it had an amber error on it because my sighted friend pointed it out to me one day.

Hi, Does anyone know how to successfully log into one of these things without sight? I've been trying to figure out a way to do it for three years now, and I've not been able to. I'd rather not be put into a situation where if I were out of the office, my laptop freezes, and I've got no one to assist me logging back in ... I'd lose however many hours of work I was logged out of the phone due to something clearly beyond my control.

Hello, I have 2 desktop PC in the same local network, jaws Professional installed as screen reader. I'm looking a solution to control my other pc via remote connection. Jaws tandem working well on the local network; but there is no way to spesify perminant connection key. I'm using some jaws scripts, so can't use NVDA remote. Do you have any sudgestion? Thanks in advance.

Hello, I am a new list member and this is my first post. I am a college student majoring in IT. One of the classes I am taking requires the use of diagramming software for network diagrams, etc. The instructor recommended Microsoft Visio. I realize that making and reading network diagrams is next to impossible, but I am curious to know what people have done as alternatives for documentation purposes. Thanks, Mike

Greetings, Has anybody had an opportunity to work with Windows 10 IoT Enterprise version? I am about to purchase an appliance that has Win. 10 IoT Enterprise with another video surveillance application on top of it. Of course, as always, my concern if I will be able to install either JAWS or NVDA screen reader to complete configuration. Here is what I found on the Microsoft website, and it seems to be promising but who knows... "*Note that Windows 10 IoT Enterprise is a binary equivalent to Windows 10 Enterprise" Any ideas? Thank you
