Hi all: I got my first look at System Center Orchestrator this morning, we’re in the middle of implementing it to make a completely automated server build. Has anyone else played with this? There are two tools, the System Center Orchestrator Console and the Runback Designer. The runback designer looks like it’d be accessible from a control standpoint, but there’s no keyboard commands in that thing at all. You can use alt to get to the menu bar and that’s about it. Tab doesn’t even seem to work properly. The SCO console itself seems fairly accessible, although several of the keyboard commands Microsoft lists don’t quite work as Microsoft claims they should. But the runback designer just surprises me. There’s nothing on Microsoft’s site to talk about keyboard commands for that product, but when tab isn’t even working I’m seriously wondering what I’m missing? Thanks. Ryan

What is the easiest wway to convert a VM from VMware to Hyper-V with the minimal amount of sighted assistance?

Hi guys, Another question here. I'm in the process of migrating a VM I created as a template for VMware, though I now need to get it into Hyper-V. I'm going to do the following: Download the Microsoft solution accelerator and then convert the virtual hard disk using that. But I need to know; the machine had been installed on VMware, though nothing was ever done to it; just OOBE setup using Wwinstaller and NVDA. I need to know; can I just leave the machine as is when I convert it in order to use it with Hyper-V, and if not, I can use Sysprep with autounattend.xml, right? To eliminate the issue of no audio with Hyper-V? Then there's the other issue. When using Unattended OOBE files, how do I know if the machine is actually detecting the flash drive where the file is? Or, can I just sysprep it using VMware workstation, use autounattend.xml for OOBE, and then convert the syspreped vmdk to vhdx? Which is the best option? (the purpose for this machine is for it to be used as a template for both on premise and Azure VM creation). Thanks Katherine

I was attempting to create a GPO that sets the hide extensions for known file types to on for an entire set of OUs in my network, and I could get as far as the dialog where all of the folder options settings are, and then under the options, I could only see the headings, not the checkboxes; a problem for both NVDA and JAWS. Would I be able to use PowerShell to get around this? Has anyone else had this issue before? (some of the tools in Windows server 2012 R2 and above need some serious NVDA add-on work I think.))
