Hello, I've got a couple of windows 8 boxes I'd like to image. I'm wanting to do a complete image, not just the data, and use it in the future in case of drive hardware failure. My goal take the image, probably from outside of windows itself from talking media? then in the event of hardware failure, buy a new drive, put it in, restore the image, and give the box back to it's owner and go on with things. In the really old days I used to use Ghost from floppy disk and have it run from batch file. I've tried image for windows from a win7PE boot environment and although that worked in creating the image, even put it where I wanted it, it wouldn't boot on restore. Is there a trick to imaging nowadays? Recommendations? Thanks. Dave.

Accessing Windows 8 Client-side hyper-V using a screen reader

Hi all, Has anyone figured out an accessible way to access Hyper-V virtual machines located on a computer running windows 8.1 client-side Hyper-V? I would think, that since unlike VMware, who offers virtual soundcard emulation, it would not be possible accept via RDP to the VM. Is that what you guys do during tests? I'm asking because I'd like to use Hyper-V on my Dell Laptop for a presentation I'm giving next month at a user group meeting. Thanks.

As of right now, regardless of the fact that I do have experience, employers are getting tripped up by my lack of official vender certifications, as well as my blindness. I will admit that I'm very open about my blindness, using it as a jumping off point to launch accessibility awareness campaigns rather than brooding over it. I'm wondering if my openness during the first interview at a job could be hurting me? I ask this because qualifications can't be the problem since I'm a member of a couple of user groups here in New England, and not many of us have computer science degrees at all. What has been your take on this? Thanks.

Hi: Has anyone had a chance to play yet with any of the System Center 2012R2 releases? Just yesterday I was able to spin up a VM with Windows Server 2012R2 and SCCM 2012R2 to play with. For better or worse, accessibility does not yet seem to have changed between 2012 and 2012R2, any issues I had in 2012 still are there with 2012R2, but I'm going to keep digging. Was wondering if this was other people's assessment too? Ryan

Draytek routers, QUOS over WIFI?

Hi folks, Would any of you know where to start setting this up? I've a 28830. I see under bandwidth management, QUOS, but when I go in I can only see WAN1, 2, and 3. I'm looking to create a SSID for the AP, then setup QUOS on this. I havent' a clue where to start on this, googling and searching for Youtube videos haven't helped me in the slightest. Anyone?
