Hi
According to the manual, chapters 6 and 10, it suggests that audible.com
books can be played on this device. There is nothing on the Audible or
Plextalk website to suggest that this is possible. Has anyone tried playing
an audible.com book on it and was it successful?
Regards
Janine
I was trying to refresh my memory as to the original question, and I bumped
into that stuff at the bottom listed over and over again. Anyway, what I
was going to say is that I didn't do any of that build book stuff, because
the book was already a book, so I just copied the unzipped book and it
works. Pam.

Does anyone know how I can record a daisy title on the APH Book Port Desktop
and transfer the files to a CF card and have the PTR1 recognize the title?
Thank you,
Sorry, I tried, you didn't specify you were doing it from the computer
so I thought as Jamie said you were doing it on your plextalk. I'm not
a techy so I'll just rather step back but I tried to help. Sorry for
the confusion.

Yes, but what I'm trying to get across is that I have to have the
information in order to input it in there. How do I get it? Pam.

Hi Pam,
Emma was talking about the Play/Stop button and the surrounding keys on the
Pocket. She was pointing you to the menu on the Pocket where you can
manually input the information about the WiFi connection you want to connect
to. Basically, you can either do this using the supplied software, called
"Plextalk Transfer", or you can enter the information manually on the Pocket
itself. Which method you choose to use is entirely a personal choice.
If you want to use the software, you first need to install it and then find
it on your menu system to launch it. It's been a long time since I used the
software so I'll have to pass on the details of how to upload the details of
a WiFi connection.
Hope this helps,
Jamie

What are you talking about the circle? I'm talking about finding the

so I can choose it on the plextalk when setting up the wifi. Pam.

Under menu, you will find an option called system. Press menu and then
your left arrow key on the circle. Once in system, you will press
until you hear network settings and then enter on that with the centre
button on your circle. The centre button is ok. I hope that helps.
