Hi Everyone I have the Plextalk Pocket. Is there a way to make it read text a line at a time? I can set it to start at the beginning of a line but it carries on reading. I am trying to use the Plextalk to check a list which has a new item on each line. I can read word by word, but that is a bit laborious. Pele West

Hi I just want to know if it is possible for me to charge my plextalk pocket and olympus dm5 from the usb cable? I have to limit what I take on holiday this year as I am flying. Adrien

Hi I am thinking of purchasing my own Plextalk PTX1. I have a choice of buying either a device running version 3.04NZL or version 3.07aue. I wish to update the device to the current version 5.01 UK English. 5.01UK English is the only English version offered on the Plextalk website. Has anyone on the list purchased a Plextalk PTX1 running either of these versions (one offered in New Zealand and one offered in Australia) and has successfully updated to the standard 5.01UK English? Obviously it is a different English version and I am wondering if it is possible to update on top of an existing different English variation? Kind Regards Janine Smith

Hi According to the manual, chapters 6 and 10, it suggests that audible.com books can be played on this device. There is nothing on the Audible or Plextalk website to suggest that this is possible. Has anyone tried playing an audible.com book on it and was it successful? Regards Janine

I was trying to refresh my memory as to the original question, and I bumped into that stuff at the bottom listed over and over again. Anyway, what I was going to say is that I didn't do any of that build book stuff, because the book was already a book, so I just copied the unzipped book and it works. Does anyone know how I can record a daisy title on the APH Book Port Desktop and transfer the files to a CF card and have the PTR1 recognize the title? Thank you,
