Hello. I wunder what is the plans for plextalk in future? Are they going to faid away? They don't seem to have new plans or products and in my country the dealer already removed them from their product list/website. They seem very quiet and I think it would just be fair to loyl customers to mention something as to the road map? Aidan

Hi, the latest Firmware version of PTP1 is V 6.01.03, it is already there for a long time. Hi Peter, Yes, I have this problem with my PTP 1, and I have found that USB works for charging. Hi My Plextalk no longer charges using the charger. I tried to load a software update onto it and it kept telling me to plug it into the mains, even though I was charging it using a USB cable. I could only stop it by rebooting it. So I never got the update. Pele West

Hello Jamie. It is not likely to be a problem with the cable. I have three units, three different power supplies, and even though they are interchangeable, they are all failing now. I have tested the leads and there is power going through, but the units are not accepting it. USB charging solves the problem. Keep well. Peter
