Hi all, I have a new flat and with it comes a 1GBPs Ethernet connection as part of the building service. The router they have given me is causing me a lot of issues so I want to upgrade it. I have been looking at different models and I have discount a lot due to the 1GBPs connection. I have a Sophos router from a previous job, but it doesn't support IPV6. At this point I am looking at potentially going with a Synology router, the Unifi kit or a PFSense build. has anyone used any of this and can comment on the usability with JFW? i know the Synology will be pritty much the same as the NAS, though they don't have a demo site for the router. I am going to check out the Ubiquiti demo site next but I know people on this list were using it. Thanks. Andrew.

Azure cost calculator

Hi, Does anyone have any experience with using the Azure Cost calculator? I want to start using it to provide more budgetary costs for scenarios I am developing for, but find it not straightforward to use with dropdown lists which don't seem to speak correctly using JFW and Edge. Blind Makers Group?

Anybody know of a group for blind makers? Any interest in starting such a group if no such group currently exists? I am currently working on a project to create an accessible D&D module. The learning experience has been absolutely fascinating. I am creating a dungeon map by coding it by hand in postscript. I plan on converting the postscript to a format for a 3D printer. Once i learn how to do all this efficiently, I figure I can start making 3D maps for conventions and the like. I am going to help organize a convention for guide dog users in San Francisco in 2022. I am hoping to supply a 3D map of the hotel floor plan. I'd also like to get into home automation, robotics, etc. I'm already into woodworking.
