Losing focus in terminal all the time

Hi. Latest JFW and Windows 11 builds on multiple machines, I lose speech output in the terminal or command prompt when navigating to and from the window. What I mean by this is I am not hearing the output of commands or what I am typing into the window. This is really starting to stress me out now and I can't believe I am the only person experiencing it. Its been happening since the beginning of the year since a Windows update I think. Any suggestions? Thanks. Andrew.

Ticket Systems like osTicket and OTRS

Hi all, At the moment I am looking for a new ticket system. Currently we are using a very old version of osTicket because of some accessibility issues. Which ticket system are you using in your daily work? And how accessible is it with screen readers? Is it free/open source? If not how much does it cost? outlook pst file

hello dears hope everything is going well. i'm using outlook 2016 unfortionatly i deleted outlook folder and it has subfolders, as usually move email from imap to this personal file pst as a local storage for outlook. any program let me scan .pst file and recover permanent deleted data / folder? thanks very much

If you ever figure out what that setting is, let me know. I'm pulling my hair out, and as I said Microsoft support doesn't know either. For what its worth, I have another guest account, same tennant, different team, that can get in and out just fine. I'm about to delete the team and totally recreate it from scratch, that will be annoying as I have the file area set up like I want it, but perhaps that can't be helped. guest accounts in Microsoft 365?

Hi there: I was wondering if any of the other Microsoft 365 tennant admins on this list have been running into issues with guest accounts lately? Specifically, I have a team in Teams that I’ve granted access to two guest users, but neither of them can sign in. On my end things look fine, the accounts are enabled and they show up fine in Teams. I even tried deleting and recreating one of the guest accounts and still get the same issue. The user just gets a generic “sorry, we can’t sign you in right now” error. Microsoft support has be absolutely useless with this, I’ve had a ticket open for almost three weeks and they have no clue what’s going on.So, thought I’d ask here just in case someone else has seen this. Heads up: Problems with Pearson Vue exams and Jaws

Hi. Tried to take a Microsoft exam today but for some reason none of the content of the test was speaking even though the check-in process worked. I last got through some tests in January, so either a Jaws or Pearson test update has broken things. When the test launched all I could hear was Chromium Window. I have a contact in the accommodations team so will try and push to get this sorted and will let you guys know here any updates. Thanks. Andrew.

Mounting a Networked Drive on Debin 11 or 12

I'm just about to upgrade to Debian 12, but if I could get this answered for 11, especially if it's the same on 12, I'd be happy. I used to do this on Debian 8, but apparently things have changed. No surprise there, but I can't figure out from research exactly what the change is. The following line in /etc/fstab worked on Debian 8: //192.168.1.156/BigVol1 /mnt/bigvol1 cifs _netdev,username=<the-username>,password=<the-password>,ro 0 0 After a reboot, the directory /mnt/bigvol1 is there, but not the resource to which it points. Should I be using cifs-utils and using its fstab syntax?
