Rim verses teamviewer?

Hello, Has anyone used RIM by serotek? How does it measure up when compared to teamviewer? Are there any advantages by using Rim? I cant install a screen reader on any remote machines I need to connect to so this is a huge problem for me. RIM won't get around this I'm quite sure. Any ideas? Darragh

Has anyone attempted to use the RRAS role in Windows 2008R2 to provide a basic VPN solution? I've been doing this for ages using a username and password but I need to extend the solution by authenticating with a cert. I'm running into a problem on the NPS side of things I think. Can anyone offer a fresh perspective please? I've been working on this for 2 hours now and I'm getting nowhere. Even a suggestion as to where I'd find logs would be beneficial. Thanks Darragh

Does VMWare Have an Accessibility Group or Specific People Working on Accessibility

Hi, We are actively using VMWare, and while I read (I think on this lists home page) that the VMWare admin client was quite accessible, we are wondering if VMWare has either an accessibility group, or some specific employees that are knowledgeable and/or work on accessibility? We will certainly test the tools ourselves, but we wanted to be connected to a resource within VMWare as well if possible who is familiar with accessibility. Harddrive backup software

Hi all on this list, Hopefully someone on this list can help me with this and I think this is the right place to ask. As my harddrive backup program, I have been using a program called Image for DOS and it's also available for Linux and Windows. Since I am experimenting with different operating systems and especially Windows 8, I have noticed that one cannot just restore the previous OS from an image using Image for Dos. So my question is, does anyone know of an accessible program that can backup the boot partition so that it can be restored later on and one do not need to use the Windows 7 DVD and ask for sighted help when this happens? Hey: I've installed this on a test machine. So far, the only change I've seen as far as accessibility goes is that the field names in the details paine now read properly. Is that all that has changed, or are other people seeing anything I'm not? Ryan
