Hello, Does anyone have thoughts on what I can try to diagnose a problem I’m having changing the destination for one of my email accounts. I currently have the mx record pointing to a Microsoft server because kelly(a)theideaplace.net<mailto:kelly@theideaplace.net> is the account I use with a Microsoft business subscription. I want to return the mail to the destination where the rest of that domain is hosted on Bluehost. I’ve lowed the priority of the MX record for Microsoft to 10 and added a new MX record at priority 0 pointing to mail.theideaplace.net<http://mail.theideaplace.net>. With these changes in place, email quits going to Microsoft but it is not showing up on the servers for Bluehost and is not being returned as a problematic address. I have no idea where the mail is actually going. If I delete the priority 0 MX record for mail.theideaplace.net<http://mail.theideaplace.net>, then my mail shows back up on the Microsoft Exchange server where the lower priority MX record points. Thanks Billy, I didn't know Tucows had other domain resellers, I thought Hover was the only one. I'll start investigating this, my domains are set up for the year so I have time to figure out next steps. Thanks again. I’ve contacted Hover support over this and they can’t reregister me over the phone “to protect my security” but they did give me free registration for a year. I’m just wondering if those of you with Tucows contacts have a way to escalate this to the accessibility people? Thanks a lot. Hi all: Sorry if this is a bit off topic, but I saw a few of you had contacts at Tucows. I was wondering if you by chance had been in touch with their accessibility team or had contacts on their accessibility team? Both of my personal domains are registered through Hover, which is owned by Tucows, and I cringe every year at renewal time because the control panel to manage a domain has so many basic accessibility errors its not even funny. Cloudflare DNS Provider and CAA records?

Hello, If anyone is using cloudflare as there DNS provider and uses a CAA record please contact me? I atempted to do one on my other domain intending for only letsencrypt to be able to issue certificates for my domain, a dig check reveals many other providers that I didn't authorize. Accessing remote system in Amazon WorkSpaces with a screen reader

Dear all, My employer recently decided to move most of our software development activities to a remote systems accessed via Amazon WorkSpaces. By default it just connects to an Amazon Linux 2 running Mate as an GUI, which obviously will not work with a screen reader. My initial idea was to access this remote system via SSH, which is a supported scenario for accessing WorkSpaces, and while it will be possible to write and compile code that way, there are some activities that require a GUI, accessing our GitLab instances via a web browser being a prime example. Note that these web applications are not and will not be accessible from our main machines i.e. they are reachable only from the systems running inside the WorkSpace. According to JAWS's documentation its remote access solution has support for accessing remote Windows inside WorkSpaces, so I gave this a try. Sadly this either does not work, or I'm missing something very obvious. AWS supports two protocols when creating a remote machine: WSP and PCoIP. When running JAWs on a remote machine using the former it does not detect that it is running in a remote access scenario and relies on transferring audio to the client. For the latter while JAWS claims to be running in the remote mode the authorization is not taken from the client JAWS's speech is also transferred as an audio and not using a remote channel. Has anyone tried and successfully used JAWS's remote support in Amazon WorkSpaces? JAWS's documentation for remote access is sadly very basic in this area. Note that I am aware it should be possible to achieve the similar goal by using NVDA Remote, however that will require a remote server which is visible both from my work machine and from the system running inside the WorkSpace, which is going to be pretty difficult, as main reason for deploying WorkSpaces in the first place was separation of these two environments. Obviously any alternative proposals for accessing remote Windows in WorkSpaces are very welcome. Thanks for your help! -- Regards Lukasz Golonka

Navigation in the Azure UI has become very inefficient.

Hello, Perhaps someone could direct me in the right direction. The people I previously raised this kind of problem with are no longer with Microsoft. In the update released just over a week ago, the navigation in the Azure portal has become painfully inefficient. Previously to navigate the list of tabs / pages for a blade, I would do the following: 1. Press control end. Press shift r. Press E to get to the search box. Tab twice. Jaws would recognise that I was in a list of items similar to a treeview and would quite comfortably read the list as I arrowed through. Now: I go to the region using step one and two above. But the treeview is no longer recognised properly. I can read the first few links. When it gets to the sections such as config for example, I can't keep using arrow down to move through the list. The virtual PC cursor is re-enabled. The item is then no longer a link. Jaws just reads it as text. There is also a button after each item that says "Add to favourites". This means I need to listen to a lot more speech and I need to arrow through a lot more. Also, take the example where I want to find the add button in one of the blades. I would previously do the following: 1. Press control and end to get to the bottom of the page. 2. Press shift and r to move to the last region. 3. Press b three or four times to find the close button. 4. Then arrow down until I find the button that I want. I arrow down so that I don't miss any important messages at the top of the blade. Now, because of all these buttons to add to favourites it takes far too long to find this simple add button. By the way, I have disabled the collapsable menus that came out in this update because they made the situation even worse! Regards Darragh

Hello, Do we have any advanced admins of the Nginx web server? I'm doing some configuration changes on a spare Nginx web server to evaluate them before putting them on the main server. I've got a question on the ssl_protocols configuration option. I'm wanting to support only TLSv1.3 and TLSv1.2 I've seen configurations written in both of the following ways: ssl_protocols TLSv1.3 TLSv1.2; or: ssl_protocols TLSv1.2 TLSv1.3; Question, which is correct? using jump servers

Hello, At work, I have a situation where I need to access a server through a jump server. Essentially, you RDP into the jump server, then RDP from that server into your final destination. Does anyone know if JAWS will support an RDP connection like this?
