IP phone recommendations?

Hi, Before I start, I'd like to say thank you to mr. Irwin, he answered my basic questions about PBX. Finally I've completed my IVR setup and other tasks, and now I need a dec or wireless phone. For handsfree and speaker quality, maybe accessibility features and for other details, which models do you recommend? I'll make outbound and receive inbound calls. Also, is there a way to configure these phones without sided help to enter SIP/connection details? Thank you.

Automation for HyperV VM's

Hi All, Have any of you had any experience deploying Windows VM's over HyperV by automating the install for example using an answer file? I am now in charge of a Hyper-V cluster and would like to rapidly deploy VM's. I would like to avoid using sysprep because it will disable RDP during it's process. Thanks, Billy

Recommendations for small tablet?

I've always owned both an iPod Touch and an iPhone. The reason is that I don't want to carry my phone around all the time. So I am doing yard work, home repairs, working out or whatever, getting my iPod wet and dirty and wearing down the battery. Meanwhile, my iPhone stays safe and fully charged. But recently, I've gotten more and more irritated with Apple. For example, they got rid of the feature in the MacOS iTunes app that allows you to sync your music library with your IOS devices. So now I no longer have a way to get all the music I ripped from my old CD-ROMS to my iPod Touch. I was wondering if anyone has a recommendation for an Android device that is similar to the iPod Touch. How accessible is Android these days? I'm not too worried about getting used to a new operating system. But as a long time IOS user, am I going to be disappointed with the accessibility of Android? - ### John G. Changing display name in Outlook/Windows Mail

I have a friend who is a Windows user. I do Linux support for a living and don't even have a Windows machine. The problem is that her email display name is "Admin Server". Obviously, that is not her name. I created a Windows VM and tried to figure out how to change the display name on an Outlook or Office365 mail account and it's not obvious. Googling hasn't helped. Application to keep scripts organized.

Greetings, About a month ago, I stumbled across on Readit in the Sysadmin forum. Some decent person had created an application to keep scripts in some kind of manageable form where they can also be easily executed. When I downloaded the application, I found that it was written using XAML and as normal with XAML, most of the buttons weren't accessible. I provided a commit yesterday that fixes this. All parts of the UI are now accessible. I am still not entirely happy with it. But that's mainly because I hate these UWP windows. It's nothing to do with this specific application. PlantUML iPad apps?

Hi all, I currently write architecture diagrams in PlantUML as part of my job as a software engineer although you'd be able to do the same for infrastructure as well. This works fairly well from an accessibility point of view. I was wondering if anyone knew of any accessible iOS apps that will let me view the diagrams though? I have access to iPads through work and I reckon that being able to explore them by touch on something like an iPad Pro would be quite an enjoyable experience. Does anyone have any pointers? Any cups experts onlist?

Hello, I'm looking for a cups expert. I'm trying to set up a raspberry pi 3b+ to act as a printserver for my folks. The printers they have are an Epson nx420 all-in-one I think it's a printer/fax/scanner, does photos too, and a Brother hl5240dw laser printer. My goal is to make this pi setup as plug and play as possible i.e they plug in the brother via USB to the pi and the pi in. At that point when they tell me it's plugged in I vpn in to it, because I will have set up a ddns domain which will update with there IP address so for example using openvpn vpn in to homeip.net once there I can go to https://ip-address:631 and set up the epson. To that end I'm trying it here, I've got an HP laserjet 4200 connected directly to my orbi, which cups sees, which is kind of strange, but it does see it. The other printer is connected via USB and it is an HP laserjet p4515 and it's not being seen at all. Any ideas to get these printers to show up or any more suggestions appreciated. Thanks. Dave.
