Hi: I heard about this last week and thought I'd pass it on. Microsoft has opened a new support center for accessibility related issues. You can learn more here: http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/contact-microsoft-accessibility At this point, its US hours only. I have already contacted them regarding SCCM 2012, I figured it couldn't hurt. Their main areas are Windows and Office, but I am getting a response, they aren't ignoring my and have reached out to our TAM, so it looks like they are willing to at least be a resource. Ryan

How to troubleshoot a windows 7 machine without the end-users password

Hi folks, I'm just wondering if it's possible to log-in to say an Admin account if you can't get access to a particular users account details? I'm curious because if there's confidential information on a laptop how would a hardware supplier gain access for troubleshooting on another account. Thanks, Barry. How to troubleshoot a windows 7 machine without the end-users password

Hi, I've just emailed sitehelpdesk to see if I can get an interactive online demo. Myself and another tech though are about fed-up with this process and just want one in place. If I can get an online demo I'll mess with it myself and either keep it up my sleeve so that no ones head's explode at the mention, or if I find it useful I'll float the idea. I rather embarrasingly had a support case open with F5 after upgrading our units to 11.3, this was from 11.2. The new web interface is very pull-down menu driven, and I was waiting for ages to get an answer back from support thinking I had a system issue with config synchronisation, when in fact it was working fine and I didn't realise that part of the web interface contains hidden buttons which I had to click on to access further features! Folks, Have any of you used this? Good, Bad? It looks like it might be riddled with JAVA? We're back at the drawing board and the heats turning up in here.
