captive portal on ddwrt

Hello, Has anyone set up a captive portal solution on ddwrt? This would be for one wlan segment only, in this case the guest network, I want that network going through the captive portal, not lan or the wl0 or wl1 network. I've tried enabling in two separate instances, not at the same time, chillispot, and wifidog, both of which the moment I turned them on, the guest network would not hand out dhcp leases. If anyone has done this please let me know. Thanks. Dave.

coppying files into system folders under windows 10

Hello All: Is there a way under windows 10 to copy system files into system folders? Where I work at, we need to update our Jaws scripts and copy them into the program data folder. We also need to copy files in to the \windows\system32 folder and the program files folder. The only work-around I found is to enable the local administrator account, log in to it, and copy the files that way. If anyone knows of another way, please let me know. Regards, Kathryn

Audio redirection gpo not applying

Hi everyone, I wonder if anyone else has seen this issue and could tell me what they think might be going on. For many years I have had a group policy which enables audio redirection in remote desktop sessions applied to all the computers in my domain. The last couple of years approximately 50% of the computers are not enabling audio redirection in remote desktop sessions. The gpo I created is configured under computer configuration, policies, administrative templates, windows components, remote desktop services, remote desktop session host, device and resource redirection, allow audio and video playback redirection. This is enabled and applied to all computers. When the local machines are not receiving this properly, I have found the problem. I run services.ms sea and scroll down to the remote desktop services user mode port redirector. This service shows up as disabled. I can set it to automatic, then start it. Rebooting the computer the service remains enabled. Problem solved. Knowing how to resolve this is good, but I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas as to why the group policy is not taking care of this. Thanks

Hello all, Was wondering whether anybody knows how to do this? My group has a couple of Office 365 groups, and I've gotten them to display in Outlook 2016, though I can't seem to figure out how to do liking and disliking, nor how to expand messages. I can do these functions just fine, though, via Android, just not in Outlook. The Office 365 support folks say that there is a way to do it via the Outlook desktop client, though. If anyone knows it, that'd be great. Thanks guys.
