Hi all. Can't remember if I asked about this one before. At work we have now completed a move from IBM Clearquest as a bug tracker which I could sort of use to this new HP alm thing which is really awful. The desktop client is pretty much unusable unless I am missing something big and the mobile version is sort of usable but seriously lacks functionality! Since the vast majority of my job is keeping track of issues that people log against projects now in ALM, this will likely mean no contract renewal. They might do it anyway because spending public money to create a new accessibility barrier for staff looks bad politically but I am not all that interested in a job as a poster exhibit! Anyone had any success with this thing? My other fun toy they have now implemented is Planview for time tracking but that thing is sort of usable but difficult. Hello, To those of you who are using 2fa solutions how accessible and easy to use do you find them? I'm looking at implementing 2fa but am not sure which way to go and would appreciate some recommendations. I've read that sms texting where you get an OTP six-digit code is insecure, is this correct because this option would be easiest? Same lines a TOTP solution can I limit as to how long the token is good for? With regards google authenticator can it secure other services other than google? I'm thinking dropbox or does dropbox have native 2fa support? Lastly has anyone used sites that will allow a biometric such as a fingerprint to be utilized as the second factor or the authy service? My goal is to increase service security for both my home/home users and contract users, while keeping things as easy as possible as some of these people are not really technology-savvy. The issue that got me asking this question was how to best protect a keypass database stored on either a google drive or dropbox server, against compromise of the underlying service while still making it available for multiple device connections. Does anyone have experience with Alloy Navigator. It is a ticketing and asset management system. The company I have started working for uses it and JAWS does not play well with it. Any experiences or information would be really helpful. -- Kelly Prescott

How do I get JFW to Stop Announcing Text Attributes

Greetings I have not been successful in getting JFW to stop announcing text attributes such as “bold”, “normal”, etc. in Internet Explorer and FireFox. This doesn’t happen in any other application. It appears as if it doesn’t do it in read-to-end, but only when I arrow through the web pages. I went into Quick Settings and attribute changes are not checked. I also went into the Settings manager to confirm that any application specific settings are set to be the same. softphone recommendations

Hello all, I forget what the concensus was when we discussed this before, but I seem to be finding difficulties finding a softphone that has both accessibility as well as a good feature set; particularly, I need the ability to pull contacts and what not from Active Directory since we use that; I've heard of Microsip, though I know that it does not support this feature. If X-Lite/Bria used to be accessible, they aren't now; unlabeled fields everywhere which cannot be seemingly deciphered via object navigation with NVDA (Haven't tried JAWS, but I will.) We're using Asterisk for the server if that matters. Thanks.

Hi, Here's something from the rufus faq: Help, my USB drive is not detected! Try to check the List fixed (non flash) or unpartitioned USB disks (v1.3.4 or earlier)/List USB Hard Drives (v1.4.0 or later) option in the advanced options panel. To display the advanced options panel, just click on the white triangle next to Format Options. Alternatively, you can simply hit Alt-F. Note however that formatting non flash USB drives, such as USB HDDs, is not officially supported for now. Use at your own risks! Hello, i want to create a windows togo space on a unsupported Tumbdrive or an external harddrive. I know, that tools are available, to create windows to go workspaces on unsupported usb drives. I have tryed with a tool named win to USB, but it is not accessible. Levtec Winstaller Enterprise costs to mouch. backing up an install of windows 10

Hi, I was wondering how I could backup an image of windows 10, I had used image for windows in the past, but now that this is a uefi system, and there are no usb 2 ports, I can't boot in to the windows 7 talking pe to restore a backup, any suggestions, I found a talking windows 10 pe, but it looked to be packed with a lot of crapware, so can someone guide me please.
